Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid services delivered by workpl.space. By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.
1. Initial Expert Consultation ($250)
The Initial Expert Consultation is a one-time fee charged at the moment of booking. The fee covers the consultant's preparation, the live 60-minute session, the written follow-up summary, and the personalized document checklist.
1.1 Full refund — 14-day window
You are entitled to a full refund of the $250 fee if both of the following conditions are met:
- The refund is requested in writing to workplinfo@gmail.com within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of payment; and
- The consultation session has not yet started (i.e., the consultant has not joined the scheduled video meeting).
1.2 No refund after the session begins
Once the scheduled consultation has commenced, the fee becomes non-refundable, as the consultant's time and the substantive preparation have been delivered. This applies regardless of session duration or whether the client chooses to proceed with further engagement.
1.3 Rescheduling
You may reschedule a booked consultation at no charge up to twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled start time. Reschedules requested within 24 hours of the session are subject to consultant availability and may incur an administrative fee of $50.
2. Full-Engagement Services
For full-engagement services (visa preparation, Karta Pobytu submission, Sp. z o.o. registration, relocation packages, etc.), refund conditions are individually defined in the engagement contract signed before work commences. Government fees, sworn translation costs, apostille fees, and third-party charges are non-refundable once incurred.
3. Outcomes & Decisions by Authorities
workpl.space does not refund consulting fees on the basis of an unfavorable decision by a consulate, voivodeship, court register, or any other authority. Our service is the provision of expert guidance and document preparation; the final decision belongs exclusively to the competent authority. We do not guarantee approval of any application.
4. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to workplinfo@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include: your full name, the email used for booking, date of payment, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 5–10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
We ask clients to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of services and recovery action under Polish law.
