Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 19 May 2026
1. Operator & Governing Law
The website workpl.space ("workpl.space", "we", "our", "us") is operated as a private consulting practice. workpl.space operates under the laws of the Republic of Poland. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts.
2. Scope of Services
workpl.space provides advisory and consulting services in the fields of EU immigration, Polish residency, business registration, and relocation logistics. We do not act as a law firm and our consultants are not, by default, licensed legal representatives (adwokat or radca prawny). Where formal legal representation is required, we coordinate with licensed Polish counsel under a separate engagement.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
workpl.space provides expert-led guidance designed to maximize the approval chances of applications submitted to competent authorities. We make no warranty, express or implied, that any application will be approved. Final decisions rest exclusively with the relevant consulate, voivodeship, court, or registry.
4. Client Obligations
Clients undertake to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation. Misrepresentation, omission, or submission of falsified documents to authorities is grounds for immediate termination of services without refund and may carry independent legal consequences.
5. Fees & Payment
All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless an alternative arrangement is documented in writing. Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal). Refund conditions are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All written assessments, checklists, templates, and memos issued by workpl.space are provided for the client's individual use. They may not be redistributed, resold, or published without prior written consent.
7. Confidentiality
Information shared by the client is treated as confidential and processed solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services. Disclosure to competent authorities, sworn translators, or coordinated legal counsel is made strictly on the basis of the engagement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, the aggregate liability of workpl.space arising out of or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the client for the engagement giving rise to the claim. workpl.space is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Force Majeure
workpl.space is not liable for any delay or failure to perform arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including legislative changes, processing backlogs at competent authorities, embassy closures, or systemic disruption.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the date of payment governs the engagement.
